About Us: Jonathan
Sunshine holds both an A.A.S and Bachelor of Science Degree in Restaurant and
Hotel Management having attended The State University of New York, Michigan
State University and Florida International University and has an extensive food
background. He has worked as a chef for many independent and chain
restaurants and has owned several others: The Great Escape, Twin Bridge Junction
Restaurant, Jamey Lane and of course the star Luzon Station. He was the Director
of Operations at the Browns Resort Hotel in Loch Sheldrake, NY, held the
position of Reservation Manager of the Stevensville Resort Hotel in Swan Lake,
NY, was the Food Service Director for The Care Unit of New York from its
inception to its closing seven years later. He was the Dairy Chef at the Double
Tree Resort, followed by The Doral Hotel both in Palm Springs, California for
seven years during the Passover holiday. Jonathan is an accomplished culinary
chef and has been published in Bon Appetite Magazine and featured in two Bon
Appetite Cook Books. Patti Greco Sunshine has spent her life in the hospitality field as an entertainer singing all over the world. This experience has given her insight and perspective on five star service. Patti also has the unique ability to relate to and communicate with the public. In addition, she is an accomplished bartender, hostess, manager and decorator. Her ability to train staff in the finer points of service and multi-tasking is unsurpassed. Morton Sunshine has had a long and
illustrious career in the hospitality industry as the Executive Director of such
facilities as The Posada Valarta Resort in Mexico, Dorado Riviera in Puerto Rico,
Grossinger Resort Hotel in Liberty, New York, The Palm Beach Hotel in Palm
Beach, Florida and Doral Counrty Club and Resort in Miami, Florida. He is an Associate Professor in Communication and
Business for the State University of New York and is a guest lecturer at Cornell
University. Morton Sunshine's career in the field has spanned almost 6 decades. His knowledge
